12-Week Training Program Focused on Strength, Conditioning, and Running Ability
This program consists of two 5-week phases.
The first phase primarily targets the development of absolute strength and the integration of running training into the weekly schedule.
The second phase is dedicated to conditioning and full-body workouts.
The program is suitable for advanced athletes preparing for races such as "Hyrox," or for trainees who combine strength training and running and want to take their planning to the next level. The plan is individualized based on initial data and can be restarted and repeated countless times.
Included is a 30-minute briefing on strength and endurance training, including a physiotherapy section focused on the most common injuries during preparation for "Hyrox," as well as those occurring during running and strength workouts.
